[TEST JOB ONLY] This role leads the planning and delivery of regional cybersecurity programs, strengthening security posture across multiple business units and markets. You will work with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, improve resilience, and embed strong security governance across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
•Lead regional cybersecurity programs and large-scale security initiatives across multiple markets
•Define program roadmap, milestones, and governance to ensure successful delivery
•Partner with technology, risk, and business teams to align security initiatives with business priorities
•Oversee execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams
•Track risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery progress at a regional level
•Report program status and key decisions to senior management and steering committees
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
•10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or large-scale IT transformation
•Proven experience leading complex, multi-country programs or portfolios
•Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains, governance, and risk management frameworks
•Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
•Experience working in large, complex enterprise or financial services environments
•Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a strong advantage
