Key Responsibilities
- Generating actionable market intelligence.
- Conducting targeted LinkedIn searches and mapping exercises.
- Supporting structured outreach to secure meetings.
- Maintaining and improving CRM data integrity (Vincere).
- Assisting with automation setup and process optimisation.
- Conducting structured pre-screening of candidates.
- Managing diary coordination and attending key meetings for note-taking and follow-up tracking.
- Conduct market research and mapping exercises to identify target companies and key decision-makers for the sales team.
- Prepare candidate shortlists and market insights for client meetings and business development pitches.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and tender documents.
- Help coordinate interview logistics and gather feedback from candidates.
Automation
- Help design simple automations
